Sales

Whether within Germany or internationally: in our sales teams, our sales talents convince customers of our fashion collections in over 20 showrooms worldwide, while Customer Service in Herford holds the fort.

Marketing / PR

Creative advertising campaigns, exciting fashion events and the perfect presentation at the point of sale: our creative minds from the marketing and PR departments are always on the lookout for exciting ideas that break with convention and inspire a change of perspective.

E-commerce

Even without Black Friday and Cyber Monday, there's always something going on in our e-com: be it through newsletters, merchandise management or B2B marketing, or through the continuous development of the BRAX customer journey from the first click in the store to delivery processing.

COLLECTION DEVELOPMENT

Welcome to our creative design team: with a sense of style, innovation and an eye for detail, our collection development team creates new designs and favorite pieces for our customers every day. At BRAX, we are always on the lookout for new ideas and trends to present our brand in the best possible way and inspire our customers.

People & Culture

Without our BRAX Family, nothing would run smoothly here! That's why our People & Culture department not only handles recruiting and supporting (new) colleagues but also focuses on developing our positive and motivating company culture.

Digitalisation & IT

Stereotypes about IT don't apply to us: creative problem solvers engage with strategic and innovative projects and drive digitalization within the company.

TECHNOLOGY

PROCUREMENT & LOGISTICS

Not the end of the chain, but a key component: without sustainable supply chains, fast deliveries and our many great colleagues with a hands-on mentality, we would not be where we are today.

Retail

Great fashion, cool outfits: the customer is king in our stores and FOCs. But it's not just on the sales floor, it's behind the scenes too. Purchasing, merchandising, internal sales and controlling ensure unique brand experiences and the success of our stores & FOCs from our headquarters.

Your start into the future

Your high school diploma is within reach, and you still have no idea what comes next? Let me assure you: you're not alone. Many of us remember that feeling of uncertainty very well. We, the apprentices at BRAX, want to introduce you to the variety of training opportunities at BRAX and hope to spark your interest. We look forward to potentially welcoming you to our team soon!

Find your career path with BRAX

At BRAX, you can explore a variety of careers. We offer a total of 10 apprenticeship programs and two dual study programs to choose from. If you think it’s only about fashion and sales, you’ll be surprised... We also cover areas such as IT, logistics, e-commerce, production, and plant engineering.

Many students we meet at MyJob OWL, the apprenticeship fair at Güterbahnhof Herford, or during our school visits ask about a typical day in the apprenticeship.

This inspired us BRAX apprentices to launch our own Instagram account, where we regularly share insights into our daily lives. Our training team was immediately excited and now gives us free rein over the topics and posts.

Apprenticeship as the perfect start to your career

Compared to studying, in a dual apprenticeship you immediately see how the theory from vocational school is applied in practice. From the start, you are integrated into the company’s processes and can contribute your interests and strengths. An apprenticeship thus promotes your personal development and independence, as apprentices have to take on responsibilities and work independently. However, a university degree is not ruled out; at BRAX, you have the opportunity to pursue dual studies alongside your apprenticeship. Additionally, a wide range of further training options is available to you.

Why do we feel so at home at BRAX?

The family-like work environment at BRAX strengthens our sense of belonging. Great emphasis is placed on mutual support and teamwork here. We know we can always turn to someone with questions or problems, whether it's the training team, department heads, or experienced colleagues. This creates a pleasant work atmosphere and gives us security. Especially as apprentices, we appreciate that we are not just sitting at a desk but are actively involved in various projects and tasks. This provides us with diverse insights into company processes and allows us to apply our knowledge and skills practically. It’s a lot of fun and promotes our personal and professional development.

How does our apprentice Instagram project work?

At BRAX, we have launched an exciting apprentice Instagram project. In this project, six of us apprentices are actively involved and responsible for sharing various content on the official BRAX apprentice page.

Follow us at BRAX_Ausbildung. Here, we take you along into our daily lives as apprentices and offer you exciting behind-the-scenes insights. The project allows us to unleash our creativity and communication skills by creating and sharing photos, videos, reels, and story highlights that reflect our experiences at BRAX. We report on special projects, events, and successes, as well as our personal learning and development experiences during the apprenticeship.

Through the apprentice Instagram project, we have the opportunity to connect with students, other apprentices, employees, and even other companies. It’s a great way to showcase our personalities and be part of the company’s digital presence. At the same time, the project strengthens team spirit among us apprentices, as we develop ideas together, support each other, and learn from one another. We are proud to be part of this innovative project and look forward to documenting and sharing our apprenticeship at BRAX in this way.
